FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
What is panjeri and who is it for?
Panjeri is a traditional South Asian natural energy food, enjoyed across Pakistani, Indian, Bangladeshi, and Nepali kitchens for generations. It’s a slow-roasted mixture of almonds, pistachios, walnuts, cashews, pine nuts, fox nuts (makhana), dried fruits, dates, coconut, edible gum, and pure clarified butter (ghee), with traditional warming spices.
Traditionally enjoyed by new mothers (especially postpartum), kids ages 3+, men seeking strength and stamina, the elderly, and anyone who wants natural daily energy.

What’s the minimum order quantity?
The minimum is one 0.5 LB (227g) pouch of any variety. Most customers start with our Dates Panjeri or Mom’s Panjeri.

A 0.5 LB pouch is typically a 4–6 week supply for one person eating 1–2 tablespoons daily. Many families share — and we love that.

Best within 3 months of opening, stored in a cool, dry place. We recommend transferring to a mason jar for best freshness. In warmer climates, refrigerate after opening.

May contain traces of: peanuts, sesame, and other tree nuts. We handcraft in a small kitchen that also handles these.
People with nut allergies should not consume our products.
Is panjeri safe for diabetics?
Our Sugar-free Panjeri contains no added sugar — it relies on the natural sweetness of nuts and dried fruits. Always consult your doctor about portion sizes if you’re managing diabetes.
